About Dynamic Visions Union

Dynamic Visions Union Pty Ltd (DVU) is a registered NDIS provider built around one clear principle: wherever possible, support should teach and strengthen skills—not simply complete tasks for a participant.

DVU is founded and led by a teacher with 25 years of Mathematics teaching experience and six years in special education, working with students who have NDIS plans and high and complex needs. This experience shapes the way we provide support. We break goals into small, achievable steps, adapt activities to each participant’s communication and learning needs, and use an extensive range of personalised visual, practical and skill-building resources.

We begin by learning about each participant’s strengths, routines, goals and daily support needs. We then match the participant with suitable workers whose qualifications, experience and approach fit those needs. Services are clearly documented, progress is reviewed regularly, and participants and families are kept informed.

Our aim is meaningful, observable progress—such as completing more of a daily routine, communicating a need, making a choice, learning a practical skill or participating in the community with less assistance. DVU focuses on safe practice, consistent support, clear professional boundaries and honest communication rather than unrealistic promises.
